What are the fees at Mustang Island?
Mustang Island has one of the lowest HOA fees in Lely Resort. Quarterly fee is $601 and covers lawn/landscape maintenance of all homes, reserve, street maintenance, professional management, irrigation and exterior pest control. One-time, fully refundable fee for the Player´s Club is $7,500 and annual membership dues per family are $4,385. Membership to the Players Club is mandatory, with one exception. As long as a Classic´s membership is maintained, the Player´s Club can be suspended.
